Whatever interviewing, avoid revealing your current salary.Reason: Without this figure,your potential employer will make a generous offer to ensure topping it. But if forced to give your current salary,never lei, since your potential boss can obtain this number.
Before money discussions begin,research trade journal for your industry,s average salary.Then,after getting an offer, ask to consider it for 2 hours. If its below average,tell your potential employer the next day, and cite the highest average salary you found,
Even with a fair offer,say you're excited, but feel the salary is a bit low. The worst response you'll get is. "We can go higher."

NOT JUST NATURAL,IT'S ORGANIC

Just because you are using supposedly"natural" beauty product doesn't necessarily mean that you are using product made of safe and all-natural ingredients.If you really want to go natural,then go organic.Now,that's a lot better.
Natural product are those containing natural ingredients sourced from plants while retaining their properties in the finished product.Organic,on the other hand,means the ingredients are grown according to the laws of nature,using only approved fertilizers, soil supplements, and methods of pest control.Organic producer aim to reduce, if not totally eliminate,reliance, or pose hazards to air and water.

Honestly,the color of money ! but why, fashion is money! The designer's work is livelihood for the people other than the designer, although,of course,it is also a means to provide for the designer himself. But fashion should always include passion.Inspiration also comes when i find out what client like,their preference and their lifestyle.Clients are teacher,too,when they give inputs on how I can mold my pieces to suit them.
